Linksys AE1000 and sleep mode

I'm having problems with my AE1000. Whenever the computer goes to sleep and comes back on the card is sometimes locked up with either the bluelight solid or off. I have to unplug and plug it back in for it to start working. I downloaded the driver for it to see if that will correct the problem but have no idea what to do with a bz2 file. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
