I have an Asus A55DR laptop with Mint Olivia (x64, Cinnamon); (I think) I have set all the options to make sure that when I close the lid during charging mode, the laptop doesn't suspend/hibernate or whatever, and also set automatic connection for my wi-fi network. However, when I reopen the lid after some time, I get the notification saying that wireless has disconnected (but the 'do nothing' option in power management works as it should, infact when I open the lid I instantly get the login screen...).
To make wireless card working after a fresh install of Mint, I put the 'rtl8168e-3.fw' under '/lib/firmware/rtl_nic', because I knew that on Debian it would be needed (I tried Debian before Mint). On 'sudo lshw':

Thank you in advance for the support, cheers ;)
