If Don_Pedro is correct and what you have supplied is correct, you are attempting to connect wirelessly to your ADSL modem, not via Ethernet wired connection.
-You can connect by way of Windows, so that eliminates a hardware problem
-You used to be able to connect with Mint 15, so that should eliminate a driver problem.
-You said 'after I moved here and got new connection it doesn't see new modem'
You don't ever see the modem wirelessly, what you see is the SSID, and if it is not being broadcast because the settings on your Airties 6372 has the SSID broadcast turned off, you will never 'see' the modem. Windows will have no problem as long as the SSID and WPA pass phrase do not change, but it seems that your Mint installations are either new installations, and thus do not have the SSID memorized, or otherwise you have damaged your networking installation and must turn the SSID back on on your modem/router. You may be able to do this from Windows, or you may need to connect an Ethernet cable to change your router settings.
