Wifi doesn't work after standby or hibernation

Hi everyones,

I using on my laptop Mint KDE 16.
After standby or hibernation, wifi doesn't work.
Google is my friend but the last solution i found look tricky and quite old (2009) :

Running Linux Mint 17.

Works great, except I too use Hibernate to work and save my sessions. When I restart the computer, it comes out of hibernation just fine, except it can't recognize or find the damned ethernet connection or wi-fi. An annoyance really! Running an 2009 HP Pavilion with a brand new HDD which I installed flawlessly myself. It's not the BIOS, or any of that. It's in the shutdown/programming sequence.

I'd settle for a Restart Networking command that I could manually enter into the terminal but I can't find any commands... or a damned fix.

ANYONE, out there? I'm no newbie. I've installed Fedora, Ubuntu, Linuxmints, SUSE, etc. I would have stuck with Ubuntu but that damned new GUI is just hideous!

OKAY this works for me:
sudo service network-manager restart
