Intel wireless 3945ABG speeds crawling after 17.1 upgrade

Post by laffifan »

upgraded from Mint 13 32bit to Mint Xfce 17.1 32bit and my wifi speeds are barely breaking 5Mb/s up and down. When laptop had Mint 13 installed speeds always hit 50Mb/s. Any help or suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks.
