Hi everyone. I just got myself a Toshiba Mini NB305 and installed Linux Mint 9 on it. Everything's working fine, but I can't figure out how to enable wireless. The netbook has no physical/external Wi-fi switch. Just a function key. From lspci, I can see the wireless adapter is detected. Take a look:

Re: Wireless Switch on Toshiba Mini NB305
Have you tried to use Ndiswrapper (Menu > Administration > Windows Wireless Drivers) with the windows driver to make it work?

Hi there ! ...
as I know something about TOSHIBA ! ... they have a switch ! ... somewhere in the front ! ... but the newer models ! ...
you must find the ' sign ' of ' Wifi ' ... by ... F1 - F12 ! ... and open it with ' FN ' ! ... press it the same moment ! ...
than there will come up a smal window ... with your options ! ...
