WiFi hotspot fails

Hello,I am using Dell 1464 I am trying to set up Wi Fi hotspot.I tried "Use as a hotspot" option from Network>Wireless option.
But it didnt stay..it shows connectio failed...Activation of the network connection failed.It is not working.I have installed
Additional drivers and activated it.
