Intermittent Edge Flipping with LM11

I am a recent convert to LM and am experiencing an odd issue with edge flipping. Edge flipping between workspaces works intermittently. Below are a few compiz settings that I have setup.

Desktop Wall = enabled
-Edge Flipping (Pointer, Move, DnD) = all enabled
-Bindings | Edge Flipping = Left,Right,Top,Bottom

Grid = disabled
