First I had to test the settings in a virtual machine :

Apt-get bootcamp.
Then I did a fresh install of LinuxMint12 Lisa-KDE :

Final System.
Notice in my desktops, the LinuxMint12 background
still appears. That's because I wanted to be clear this
is not actually LinuxMint13 Maya-KDE official release.
Quite stable and no hitches, please don't try this
as it was not straight forward, it required a good
few apt removes and installs to master.
After having played with it, I realised that if this is what
the KDE LMTeam will give us, then there is no real benefit
to moving over to Maya instead of Lisa (Except the LTS part)
Instead I hope the next KDE version is special and has more
KDE geared (pardon the expression) apps, like Calligra, Kolourpaint. etc etc.
