Does Mint KDE 12 install with a firewall enabled somewhere?
I've forwarded the same ports in qBittorrent as my router correctly as I've done many times with various routers/programs/operating systems, but the one thing that I haven't done with this installation is set an exception in the firewall as I can't seem to find one anywhere.
This means that I have no incoming connections in qBittorrent which prevents me seeding.

Mint has the firewall disabled by default (like Ubuntu).

Open the package manager and enter firewall in the search box then look for gufw. Check it for install then apply.

Ufw is installed by default but is not enabled. Once you install gufw you can easily enable it.
