Hi,

Is it possible to install KDE 4.9 with Linux Mint 12 KDE or do I have to upgrade to 13 to do that?

I remember using the kubuntu backports ppa in 12 to upgrade to 4.8.4, so my guess is that it would work for 4.9 as well. Here's the ppa info if needed:
