Hey guys was just wondering how to get KPPP to open, each time i try to open it I get an error that it could not find the executable

Try it manually, from command line. So, run "konsole" and type in "kppp", you will get more info on what's missing (maybe the program itself is installed but it's missing an external library or utility).
