Does KDE allow dpi adjustment?

Does KDE allow dpi adjustment?
How about XFCE, and MATE?

Trying to decide between the three.

I need adjustable dpi, compiz, dual monitors (twinview), and dark themes.

kde:
- adjustable dpi

- dual monitor (gives an error here because i don't have a second monitor)
Image

- compiz (i don't use it - kwin built-in effects give me all the eye-candy i need)

dark themes
you can have it the way you want

No, I meant brightness as the brightness you get to set on your monitor. Compiz can do that on individual windows. Seems like KWin does not have it.
On compiz (opacity, brightness, saturation):

I use it to decrease brightness of white background windows at nightime when reading a pdf say.
