how do you move programs between multible displays?

I have a Eizo monitor that's plugged into my video card by DVI, and a TCL LCD TV plugged in by HDMI.
when I start world of warcraft with wine, it seems to always come up on the TV, where I can't click on anything, and I can't just grab it with the mouse and move it over the monitor.
so wondering if there was a way of making mint start everything in the monitor, and if it happens to be an MKV I'm playing I can move it over to my tv.

The Video card is a ASUS GTX560 Ti
and in the nvidea x server settings I do have Eizo set as the primary display for the X screen.
