Update manager on KDE
I also am having trouble with Maya 13 and the update manager for KDE. On the Maya side everything works fine. On the KDE desktop everything works except being able to download the uindates. A box will come up "about no authorization" and I am unable to get the listed updates. I have removed and reinstalled Update Manager (Moen) several times and nothing has changed. Any suggestions as what to do? I do not want to switch back to Fedora, I like Mint.

Re: Update manager on KDE
Why are you using Moen on Mint??
Install Synaptic then uninstall Moen..

Re: Update manager on KDE
After installing from the disc, Moen came up on the KDE side. I just assumed that this was the correct installer.
Re: Update manager on KDE
Everything is working fine now with the update manager. Have no idea why Moen was installed when I added the KDE desktop. Thanks for the help.
