KDE 32bit freezes frequently with firefox

Postby AJP113 on Sat Feb 23, 2013 12:07 am

I choose Linux mint KDE as my first distro to begin learning how to use linux. I have it as a dual boot on my Dell XPS400 and there it works fine, I also have it installed on my Toshiba Tecra A4-S211 as the only OS and there it seems to freeze often. I think the cause is firefox as it seems to occur when browsing on firefox, I installed opera and it works much better there. I reinstalled firefox from the software manager only to find my problems not resolved.
