Problem logging in Mint 13

Hello to all.
I've got one serious problem.
After update and restart I only see black screen with cursor and skype logging screen. Nothing else. I have no menu... nothing. I dont know what to do. So please help me.
My config is with HD5450 and amd64 processor.

what did you upgrade? what desktop environment you have
pls post output of:

pls post a screenshot, maybe your xserver does not start/has been crashed

r-mousebutton>unlock widgets
r-mousebutton>add panel

nope.its not working. nothing happens. I have no desktop, no icons, no mouse context menu. nothing

OK i logged in when pressed window desktop manager on skype tab. Then opened decoration themes from my browser and then i opened folders of my drive. But i have no desktop icons or pic, no context menu. no task-bar. I tried to install plasma-desktop in terminal but it says that its been already installed.

Try pressing alt+shift+F12 to toggle desktop effects off. See if you get the panels back.
I had a similar issue temporarily until I toned down the effects on my desktop.
