Just installed Mint 16 KDE 64. I am setting it up to my liking and it's coming along nicely, but one problem:
I do not see anything about workspaces/virtual desktops, not on the panel or anywhere else. During my sporadic experiences over the years with Unix and Linux I have always liked that feature more than any of the other good features, and now it does no longer appear! I checked the version 15 documentation (16, apparently, is not yet available) and couldn't find anything either.
Thank you for your much appreciated advice.

Re: workspaces/virtual desktops
Sorry, I just found the info about the virtual desktops, well hidden with the application launcher, Set up four desktops but am disappointed that instead of a single mouse click, as always before, one now has to use a ctrl/pf key combination to switch desktops.
Re: workspaces/virtual desktops
Have you tried to add the widget "pager" to your main panel?.
