I've heard that people keeing saying Kubuntu 8.04 is not a LTS so do you guys care to guess when Kubuntu will be a LTS? I realize Elyssa KDE is still getting security updates. I tend to use LTS versions only. Of course whatever version of Kubuntu is an LTS, mint kde will follow. I have the mint bug so bad that I have a spare 2gb flash drive that I use for emergency purposes. I put mint kde daryna on a flash drive if a user's hard drive can't boot windows and/or if the cd or dvd drive is not bootable.

I meant when do you think the next version of Kubuntu will be a LTS?

I think when kde4 becomes a bit more stable and when ubuntu also release a new LTS.

Please remember that kubuntu is not ubuntu.
Ubuntu do not care if kubuntu do not keep updating their LTS version.
I do not think kubuntu are respining their LTS verison any more.
