Desktop config KDE bianca

I have not been able to locate the config files for the desktop items.
Is there a howto or other doc someplace?

First thing i want to do is change the location/size of xterm when it starts,
also label some of them for specific purposes.

For example:
xterm -sb -sl 500 -j -ls -fn 7x14 -name ODIN -geometry 85x60 &

You can find this on online wiki on linuxmint, I prefer KDE to Gnome too, and I like Mint a lot, good luck.

Gave up looking for file to modify, could not find much at the wiki either.
However: dedicate a desktop to xterm , resize it as you want and it comes back each time you start mint.
