Hey everybody, I recently switched to KDE and love it except that the shortcuts are alittle odd to handle and leave out alot of applications. For instance I would like to set a general play/pause shortcut, a next and back shortcut. But for some reason the only shortcuts for those buttons are for amorake and I use rhythmbox. Also I would like to set keyboards to start different applications from the ones listed. So any ideas how I would do something like this??

There is a full list of keyboard shortcuts near the end of the help file. I'm afraid the items you mention don't have a shortcut.
You can delete multiple bass/treble/mid/volume markers by selecting a range in the timeline and right clicking on it. You'll have the option to delete each kind of marker during that range.

You can set a general shortcut for Play/Pause, Next, Stop buttons. I too was trying to get this functionality in KDE and wrote a tutorial on how to do this. My system just feels better with global media keys.
