kde 4.5 rc2 install problems [solved]

i put the ppa for KDE 4.5 rc2 ppa:kubuntu-ppa/beta and put it in the software repositories and it says the package manager is broken i fix it and it is still broken. I can install the updates a few at a time but when i get done installing all the updates and reboot it gives me a black screen. how do i get it to install.

KDE 4.5 rc2 is pretty good, it gives a more refined and uniform feel than 4.4 that is if you dont mind not having Kinfo and a standard KDE icon on the app launcher.
