I've been using Mint 13 Maya XFCE Edition on my Macbook Pro, and have been really enjoying things so far. However, there is one problem that is really starting to interfere with its usability. When I close my lid, the computer goes to sleep. When I wake from sleep, the touchpad is frozen. The cursor will not move.

I can issue the command sudo pkill X to kill the xserver, bringing me back to the login screen. At this point the cursor comes back to life. Any idea what my might be going on? (or which log files I can expect to find some clues?)
