How to use one account setup as template for all others?

I just spent several days customizing a desktop (and related software) for real-estate agents (on a development account) that gives them the tools they need and eliminates (or hides) much of the non-real-estate essential apps. Now I would like to use that as a template for all (most) other accounts that I create - as the Hobo folks say Don't Repeat Yourself (DRY) I'm sure there must be a way, but I can't find it.
