I already google for answers but none of them helped.
Please if you know the answer tell me.

Below are the lists of possible solution that I've done so far.
1st i tried to right click the desktop and opening settings manager hoping I could find theme folder just like what he did in this video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Nik91i-S6BQ

I also tried to look for or open the location /home/username/.xfce/.theme but I can't even find the ".xfce folder" and obviously the ".theme" folder didn't exist too. I even show the hidden folders but, there was no folder with the name .xfce or .theme

unpack them to /usr/share/themes (for all users) or .local/share/themes (just for yourself)

You are right, extract here and copy the folder.

After, open your home, click in tabs "See" option and click in "hidden files"

You will find a .themes folder, copy into your theme.

Close.

If the folder does not exist, you must create it.

jacatone wrote:That still doesn't work. There isn't a theme selector feature in this distro.
Open Menu > Settings > Appearance > Style tab
(or if using mintMenu: Menu > Control Center > Appearance > Style tab)

Drag and drop the extracted theme folder onto the open Style window - then choose the new theme.

If you then go to your home folder, press Ctrl+H to show the hidden files, open .themes folder - you should see the extracted theme folder has been put there automatically by doing the above.

Thought I'd drop in here to recommend this single-GUI, previewing, drag-n-drop-install (tar.gz) theme manager:
http://www.webupd8.org/2013/06/xfce-theme-manager-single-gui-to-change.html

It worked great for me (Xfce 14 Nadio 4.10.0). When you're done there, you can find more themes than you'll ever find time to preview here:
