Today I installed Linux Mint 16 Xfce (64 bit version). The proprietary driver (2:13.101) is really slow and all games stutter no matter what I do in the control center. I would like to revert to the version used in Mint 15 (I think it was 12.09 ?). Is it possible to get it from somewhere or do I have to reinstall the whole system?

Ubuntu Raring/Mint 15 come with Catalyst 9, which will require downgrading the X stack. No-one i know has succeeded in downgrading the X stack in Mint 16, so no.

I reinstalled Mint 15 and the problem is solved. Thanks for the reply
