Shortcuts with the Winkey

Hi,
Trying Xfce on my second system and I like it so far!
I like using shortcuts and I especially like the ones with what I call the windows key because I want to be able to make the shortcut without looking at the keyboard, so I hate shortcuts like Ctr-F7. E.g. in my current W7 system I use the Clavier+ software to use Win-Z for starting my browser, Win-A to start my mailclient, Win-S to explore my Data partition etc. And I use the default W7 ones also a lot like Win-D for show desktop and I love the Win-Arrows shortcuts for arranging, maximising, minimising windows.
Is there a way to program these in Xfce (or in Mint)?
