See answer here; http://helpforum.sky.com/t5/Setting-Up- ... d-p/235431. You won't be able to watch this with default Linux Mint, though that post has some suggestions to some programs that may let you watch it. All in all, it doesn't sound promising.

Netflix has been ported over to Linux running under wine using a windows version of Firefox. Wonder if there is anyway we could use this as that uses silverlight too. Im too much of a newb to tinker but if anyone want to give it a go

EDIT= By using the netflix-desktop app you can browse the web if you mess around a bit ie select some text right click and select search google, thus it opens in a new tab. The next problem is though, that silverlight isnt at the latest version and sky go requires it :(

SkyGo is now included in the ubuntu pipelight ppa fds-team.de/cms/pipelight-installation.html which is an updated/merged version of the original Compholio ppa for netflix.. Installation is done via a few simple copy+paste commands in terminal.
Works extremely well and 2-4 devices can be registered. The only thing not fixed yet is the SkyGo Desktop for downloading programmes, but for watching videos, it's perfect.
Updates for new releases are fast/ Also easy install instructions for various other Linux flavours and a source code compiler version. Maybe now Sky will listen to the Linux community.
