Linux mint custom search

Recently I started using mostly open source / free programs, because I wanted to stop pirating things. I switched from Windows to Linux Mint. I had to costumize a lot of things, but I don't mind that. But because I'm not advanced user terminal and other things I had to do wasn't that user friendly for me. Also I had a lot of problems, one of them was losing my internet connection. Anyway, I installed Windows again, but somehow custom mint search when typing keyword google stayed in my chrome browser (windows). It's really annoying and I would like to get rid of it. I would be really happy if you could help me.
