Call of Duty - MW3

Hello, just wondering if anyone has the information to guide me through an install of COD MW3. I want to go right from the start so I know if I need to use PlayOnLinux or not and get through the kinks in the install. I have it on CD and from memory the last time I tried it wouldn't accept the second cd. Thanks.
