will linux e designing their own tablets and smart phones likeUbuntu is doing. where will i be able to get one of theres tables and can i flash my talet to ubuntu.

You can already install Ubuntu on your phone, there are instructions here: http://arstechnica.com/information-technology/2013/05/installing-and-exploring-ubuntu-touch-the-other-linux-os-for-your-phone/
It is probably not advisable just yet though as the operating system is still under development.
