Ok , I updated my killer WIFI card driver on my Windows 8 gaming PC and now I can't connect to networks (I get a limited connection in the WIFI Manager) and in the troubleshooter it says Windows couldnt bind IP Protocol I tried theses solutions:
Resetting Winsock
Resetting IPV4
Resetting IPV6
Rebooting the modem
Removing antivirus
Any other suggestions would be helpful
