And while yes SSH encrypts the data so it is unreadable except for sender and receiver address (your router), if it's not your own computer you are using are you sure there's no monitoring software on it? Depending on what country you are in and how strict of a network policy is at the place you use a computer owned by another entity, there might be monitoring software on it to track what you actually do.
But perhaps you should drop the scenario as to why you want this, and instead focus on asking for help with the technical hurdle you have.
