I'd like to like it, but I find the GUI inconsistent and confusing.

None of the keys it produces are ever bootable.

Also it seems to do something with the MBR of the key which can't be reversed - not even GParted can fix it for me. I have to nuke the drive in a Mac to get it usable again. :(

I'd really like to be able to use this but it just doesn't want to get along with me. Maybe I should watch those videos and give it another try, but it's burned me many times.

When I :
Code: Select all
sudo apt-add-repository 'deb http://liveusb.info/multisystem/depot all main'
wget -q http://liveusb.info/multisystem/depot... -O- | sudo apt-key add -
I get:
Code: Select all
gpg: no valid OpenPGP data found.
Any idea what's up with that?

I'm sorry I didn't give full instructions in my video.

Here it is:
After you install the app ( DEBIAN USERS: sudo usermod -a -G adm "$SUDO_USER" ), do this:
Edit: there is a live cd with Multisystem preinstalled here: http://sourceforge.net/projects/multisystem/

1. plug in the flash drive
2. start the app
3. app will ask to rename the drive to "multisystem". answer yes
4. when it's done, make sure the app is closed and unplug the drive
5. re-plug the drive and start the app
6. the app will ask to install grub on the flash drive. answer yes. that's it.

note: if you want to remove an iso, first click on the "big eye" icon.

Here is a link to my video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FyNTMNJTsE8

BTW: app doesn't do anything that can't be reversed (what happens when you dd a .IMG file?)
