While I'm no conspiracy theorist, I make more money fixing XP and Vista computers these days than ever before. I reformat Vista machines with XP Pro SP2 (minus all the BS that is usally included). I also have a lot of work from SP3 crashing machines left and right. This got me thinking.
Earlier this year M$ announced they will no longer support XP soon, and they are really pushing Vista with the Mojave Experiment. Today, in fact, it was released that there's a HUGE security hole in IE 5-8...to which M$ advises not to switch browsers an to sit tight as they fix it. It just seems like M$ released SP3 to make it seem like the 'new security features necessary to protect yourself' are too powerful for XP to handle, thus forcing a Vista upgrade.
So, do you think SP3 was released to crash XP on purpose?
