Talk to a stranger

Postby chame on Sat May 30, 2009 5:47 am

I've found a funny site, where you can talk to a some person from anywhere around the world. It's called Omegle.
Now it's is fulled with chineese, south koreans, crazy russians, trolls and me. :)

I suggest next welcome phrase:
You: Hi, where are you from?
You: Are you using open source?
You: If not, use it!

And yeah, this is not spam, as you may think.

If you talk to a stranger on the bus (and I'm not talking of d-bus :)) you are considered somewhat whacky :)

When I used to use Omegle it was fueled with the Dutch. I would have maybe three or four conversations a day, and all of them would be from the Netherlands. All of them were pretty cool people, too 8)

This is pretty cool. I just opened up a new tab with Omegle and am having a pretty weird conversation right now. Weird in a good way though. It's nice to bump into someone randomly who shares my weird sense of humor.

Talking with a guy who's squatted my closet. Quite interesting. :P

a guy who's squatted my closet.

Isn't it much easier to talk "the natural way" then? :) :)
And seriously - is it true or figuratively talking? :)

The log is here:

http://exilian.net/omegle.html.

I asked him where he was from and he said 'your closet'. So I came to the conclusion I am putting up a hermit with internet access. :P
