Is there such a thing as unlimited free dialup or is it all Netzero related? If they do exist, I'd like to know.

Netzero is not free, it is very inexpensive though. Netzero offered their service for $9.99 a month at one time, not sure what they charge now.

Netzero was a Canadian company when they had 100% anonymous Internet connections via NYMS, changed after 9/11 (the next day..)
Sorry, that company name was zeroknowledge; only the timing was suspicious..

Believe me, no one is more disappointed about this than I am, but right now there simply isn't enough market buy-in on the premium services to justify the network's operating costs. :-(

Netzero and Juno both used to offer the free (10 hrs. a month). I've used them until recently,...when I think the service has been discontinued. When I logged into my accounts,...I would get taken to a screen that was promoting the paid service. I can STILL use them both for free e-mail accounts,...just not dial-up. The cheapest dial-up that I've found (which I am right now using in Linux),.....is VTISP.

You might find some info at this site....It sometimes gets a bit out-dated,..but it's where I learned about little "cheap" dial-up (that works in Linux)....
