Borrow some off you guys ideas

I hope you guys dont mind me borrowing some ideas and pix for a project I am working on. I am making a theme for my grandson's nintendo ds. It roughly looks like this at the moment.

If you guys dont mind me useing them. After it is complete I am going to upload it to a themes site for others to use if they like. If you prefer I didn't let me know and I will just keep it for his ds.

I don't know if everything we do is GPL (to be honest most of it is actually without a license). If it's something we've done, don't even ask, use it as if it was yours.

That background and the logo were made by Carlos, he'll probably tell you the same but he's the one to ask.

As for me, I've never really believed in "property", especially when it was "intellectual".

I should have said all that the Minties provide is GPL - we have some codecs......
As for Carlos I think I saw him express the GPL idea, but there's no harm in asking him
