You get an idea of that type of threat, except it is now considered more organized (by criminal gangs) or external governments (states in that document) that target USA assets, commercial or military

- Yes, good that they are interested in the Internet (public) threat levels, and cyber security, but nothing new to the NSA, for example..

- Both of which have been targets ever since WWII, and possibly before that. Spying and industrial espionage just didn't start at WWII
