Well, you can't blame somebody for trying to write a review. :) But he should be more careful with his English; it's a prerequisite for 'writers'.

EDIT: I reread the review and, regarding his English, I think that we all were too harsh on the fellow.
Let's give him credit at least for trying.

Seriously bad English. He clearly didn't read the release notes, either, and did a really superficial review of the system as a whole.
