Ralink being bought by Broadcom?

Has anyone been able to access the Ralink website recently? Or have you been able to find definitive answers from the folks at Ralink whether the rumors on the news sites about being acquired by Broadcom, such as http://www.digitimes.com/news/a20110112PD215.html

I haven't found anything but rumors, but being unable to access their site is troubling unless it's just the network I am on preventing my access.
