As I am reading the wonderful & helpful posts I found this

Ingredients
Scale ingredients to servings

4 fresh mint sprigs
2 1/2 oz bourbon whiskey
1 tsp powdered sugar
2 tsp water

Muddle mint leaves, powdered sugar, and water in a collins glass. Fill the glass with shaved or crushed ice and add bourbon. Top with more ice and garnish with a mint sprig. Serve with a straw.
I am not fond of whiskey I substituted Rhum for a taste test
Skipped the water, added a half cup of crushed ice, in a frozen glass, I keep the Rhum cold

I got this off of BuzzFeed. I've made it many times, and I'm quite fond of it.

Ingredients:
1 lb. (~ 0,5 kg) boneless chicken tenders or boneless chicken breasts
1 jar (6 - 7 oz; ~180 - 200 g) of pesto sauce (my preference is Barilla)
2 average-sized Roma tomatoes, or 1 can (14.5 oz, ~411 g) of diced tomatoes
1 pouch (8 oz; 227 g) shredded mozzarella cheese

Directions:
  1. Thoroughly coat chicken tenders or breasts in pesto sauce and place into appropriately-sized casserole dish. There should be no remaining pesto sauce.
  2. I prefer (though this is not required) to let the chicken set up (kind of semi-marinade) in the pesto sauce for 20 minutes.
  3. Set your oven to 400°F (204°C).
  4. Cover top of chicken in sliced roma tomatoes, or in diced tomatoes (depending on which you decided to buy).
  5. Cover this over with mozzarella to taste
  6. Bake for 40 minutes.

Too bad, too sad. You guys are urging me to eat and drink against my doctor's orders.
What a temptation!
Anyway, I wish you a good time. And stay young!
Cheers.

It will be 10 years next week when I joined the Mint forum. Npap was here to give me a warm welcome. :)

I started out using Mint 2.0 Barbara and have used more than half of the Mint editions since then.

I've tried many different Linux distributions but I'm still using Mint as my main desktop, due to its many features and reliability. :D
Using Mint as primary OS since 2006.

Hello Ken and Scorp,
Glad to see you here again. Yes, ten years it is since we joined the Mint forums and it seems like yesterday.
Both of you Ken and Scorp have been very dear cyber-friends. I really enjoyed every moment that we exchanged
ideas and humorous chatting.
It is strange to feel as if I know you in person. I hope you are both doing well and I wish you the best of health and prosperity for you and your families.
Wishing you Happy Holidays,
npap

Hi Scorp and Npap!

Npap, you're looking good! Have you found a youth elixir? If so, I can use some. :D

Scorp, if your avatar is your picture, all I can say is you must have had a hard life!

Happy Holidays to you and everyone on the Mint forum.

Sorry, Richyrich,
Our bartender quit his job since the Cafe owed him a few years of salary.
I believe he got a new job somewhere in Tampa, Florida, USA.
Good pay he had told me and lots of pretty women....He was a play boy for many years I heard.
Lucky fellow!

PS Try self service if you wish. and have one on me. I'll pay by Pay Pal......Bottoms up!

We have a bartender? I thought it was just help-your-self!

Now where did that key to the wine cellar go?

Hello there old boy,
Some smart Aleck must have hidden the key to the wine cellar so he can have all the booze for himself.
We must ask the boss to change locks, and give each official member a personal key.

Have a beer on me, by the way, Ken.
Cheers, npap
