So my mice died in windows (XP) but Linux Mint resurrected them How awesome is that. I don't know what happened to them but now they are working fine.
By the way I tested them in windows 7 and they also work.

So my girlfriend's getting a bit fed up of my enthusiasm for Linux as of late... I sent a message to her phone, politely informing her that she too was looking at a form of Linux

I switched to my dual boot windost to see if it is still alive and avast kindly informed me:
One antivirus program just for one week stopped 707,660 virus attacks only in the US.

So far 2016 seems no different from 2015. But I still use Mint since 2005. Mint 17.3 Cinnamon too.

A rhyme from a would be Guru.

I've seen a few pleas for help from "Gurus" in the Newbie Questions section. Inspired, I guess, by the "All Gurus once were Newbies." string on the board index page. So as an occasional poet, I wrote the following rhyme to the chorus of The Gnu Song, with which I'm sure you're all familiar.
