I can't figure out Scorp
I write a secret message to Bianca in Mandarin Chinese and he translates it to Greek!
いをこで てみませんか! =Παρακαλώ μπορείτε να μεταφράσετε αυτό για μας;

BTW, that text is Japanese, not Chinese. According to the tools I used "いをこで てみませんか" means "It's coming out densely, don't you see?".

The text in Greek was a question to you if you could please translate it? The other symbols I used are "Traditional Chinese":

我不瞭解這 = I do not understand this (hence my following question in Greek if you could please translate?)

您無法唬弄傻瓜 = You cannot fool a fool

I myself, have converted two of my family members, and they are using Mint Bianca on personal and business computers. My father owns a scanning and printing/data storage business. The problems (and I don't mean to beat a dead horse here) with XP he had were unbelievable, driver problems, unable to use multiple printers/scanners, constant "spooling" errors, source not present errors. The list goes on.
Mint Installation:
After installing mint, we have not had one single error, and, (I don't mean to keep beating this horse) everything works, all three scanners, all three printers. Oh, and everything is easily twice as fast!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If it's Mint you're installing on their computer you can always rely on the Linux Mint Support Center for the support, and we'll support them so you don't have to worry about this.

I am unable to really give support to anyone I recommend to, only basics, as to my "green" knowledge of Linux. I have pointed my father to the Mint forum for some questions he has had, and has had them all answered by reading. On the other side, I have not had to offer any support, as to nothing has failed or faulted to offer support too!!!!
I also have my own business, and several pc's here for work and play, they all four have Mint Bianca 2.2 on them. I wanted to add, that I am recommending this OS, and am going to be continuing to do so.
What amazes me about Mint Bianca, first, is the diversity of Bianca, second, the the friendly and helpful people here.
I am not making a business on Linux, I just recommend what I see as the best thats out there for people to use. This is it!!!

Is that Icelandic? Something about rather walking and fighting instead of sleeping ... No idea about the rest.

EDIT:

Google is my friend. This stuff is Old Norse it seems? How mean of you. Some of those words and letters are still used in Icelandic but have a totally different meaning, and that's why the translations did not make sense.

But OK ... now that I know that it is Old Norse ...

Well, you should read about the Swiss then and how come the Swiss have been guarding the Pope in the past 500 or so years.

I imagine this gives every Pope a warm fuzzy feeling in the belly knowing that only God himself can remove him from his office for the Swiss will make sure there is no human "interference"

Yes, it is amazing what the Swiss can do with those little army knives.
I'll bet the corkscrews on those knives came in handy when dealing with France!

I'm aware of the bloody history of the Swiss Confederation. My relatives on my father's side originally were from Switzerland. They came to America because of religious persecution. That was in the 18th century, so I don't remember much about it!

npap, I think Ragnar must bloody well be from the UK, where "bloody" is a well used expression.

I have Firestarter which is in the Synaptic. I have no problems accessing sites.
Turn the thing off. You are not in any danger here. But to be safe, go to your Firefox Edit>Preferences>Privacy>Show cookies. Delete any cookies that you suspect, like Paypal, Http something or anything you may suspect.

You also have many options there. You can delete all cookies automatically when you end a session.
Some cookies are used to identify you so that they can connect you to their site.

Or try changing your firewall. Firestarter is good enough.
