what a turn round

new guy at work this week,came over from Portugal looking for work, I asked what he normal dose and he told me software and system engineer, then he related his last job lasted less than a day, he had an interview prior to being confirmed in the job,ah arrived on his fist morning to find the organisation ran a Linex system, whats Linex he asked..... and was shown the door...
