lets just hope linux devs find a quicker and better solution to this because hybrid gfx seems to be a new permanent in notebooks ...

Btw, i think you should make a new thread in mint forums ( hybrid gfx cards how to install ) and write a quick tutorial guide on what you did and how you got it working and the troubles you faced, that way the next guy doesnt have to go through all the crap you did....

all this trouble for a [...] driver installation is to much.
