Can't overclock memory speed on GeForce 7300 LE

Well I've managed to add the option for Overclocking in the nvidia-settings, but whenever I try to adjust the Memory Clock speed, it says "Failed to overclock!", but I can adjust the Core Clock just fine... I've installed the latest drivers with
Code: Select all
sudo apt-add-repository ppa:ubuntu-x-swat/x-updates
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install nvidia-current

Is there anything I'm missing here? :?
Also, if I use NVCLOCK it says "failed to mmap PMC"
and the command I used was
Code: Select all
nvclock -b coolbits -n 565 -m 650
