GTX580 - On First Boot Screen is Frozen and Keeps Flashing

I am trying to run the installer from a USB and everything works up until I see the desktop. Once the desktop comes up my mouse and keyboard are frozen and my screen randomly keeps flashing on and off. Has anyone heard of this before? In other words, I can't click the "Install mint" on the desktop.

CPU - i72600K OC 4.0ghz
GPU - GTX580
RAM - 8GB DDR3
Keyboard - Saitek Cyborg
Mouse - Logitech G500
