Save monitor/resolution settings based on location

Postby jwilliams31 on Tue Apr 02, 2013 8:47 am

I'm running an HP laptop on Mint 14 w/Cinnamon. I've installed the proprietary NVidia drivers. Everything works fine, more or less. Here is my question though, I have a docking station at work with dual monitors and the laptop is docked and closed. I have another docking station at home where I have a single external monitor, and I use the laptop as a second screen.

Is there a way that I can set up and save both locations and then either have Mint auto detect it or be able to just manually select the "profile"? It's a pain having to reset everything each time I move from working at home to the office.

Thanks.
