[solved]Tearing (Linux Mint 15 with Nvidia)

Installed Linux mint 15 RC with an CRT monitor as primary display. Now, i replaced it with a LCD tv. (via HDMI). I dont think that the fact that it's a "TV" should cause any problems...
Native resolution : 1366x768 at 60Hz.
I am getting 1360x768 atm at 60Hz. If any1 knows how i can get 1366 instead of 1360 would be great, although it works fine this way too (3 lines of pixels on each side are plain black).
But the big problem is that I am getting tearing on it. not that horrible (when i tried fedora it was awful) , but makes watching a movie or playing a game annoying.
So, linux mint 15 rc cinnamon x64, with nvidia gt 240, and the 319.17 nvidia drivers.
Set in the nvidia x server setting to " sync to vblank". Hadnt found anything else abut vsynk anywhere else.
